Job Description
Our client is a well-established organisation operating in the Disability, Sports and Wellness space. Starting over a decade ago as a Chiropractor business, this organisation now boasts six locations across Metro Melbourne, supporting diverse client groups in reaching their full potential.
This is where you, as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, come in!
Key Role Details:
Type of Employment: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 4 days) & Permanent
Location: Northern Suburbs - Melbourne
Caseload: Diverse, involving high-quality support in home or community settings (schools, group homes)
Professional Development: Exceptional onboarding, training, and ongoing support from an experienced manager, with gradual caseload build across your first 12 weeks.
Work-Life Balance: Genuine flexibility with low KPIs, up to 5.25 billable hours for experienced clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop personalised, evidence-based positive behaviour support plans aligned with clients' goals and NDIS plans
Conduct functional assessments in various environments
Provide therapeutic interventions for emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills enhancement
Flexibility for home-based reporting and administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a related field
Registration: Core, Proficient or Advanced registration with the NDIS Commission
Experience: Minimum 12 months in positive behaviour support
Characteristics: Passionate, fun-loving, and committed to meaningful client outcomes
Other Requirements: Australian driver’s licence, WWCC, satisfactory police check
