- Multiple concurrent placements mean real choice over which facility and roster fits, not one fixed site with no flexibility
- Onsite aged care is the core of what our client does, not a service pharmacists only occasionally get called on for

The opportunity
- Part-time or full-time roles delivering onsite clinical pharmacy services to aged care residents, including medication reviews
- Provide education and training to facility staff, and contribute to clinical governance, policy and procedure development
- A rare, genuinely flexible roster of one to five days a week, built around your move rather than a fixed nine to five
- Work within a team and see the ongoing impact of your clinical input, rather than dispensing in isolation
- Varied, dynamic work with regular opportunities for professional growth

About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist, general and unrestricted
- ACOP accreditation held and active: this role is built specifically around putting it to use
- MMR credentialling highly regarded, but not essential
- Accredited to vaccinate
- Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with facility staff and residents
- Proactive, driven, and passionate about making a genuine difference in aged care
- Open to relocating from Melbourne to the Wollongong and NSW South Coast region

Relocating to the Illawarra
