About the company:

Our client is looking for a Tutor Sonographer to join our clients' team at their Liverpool branch. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a training-focused position with a national imaging provider known for structured development, strong operational support, and long-term career pathways.

This role is ideal for an experienced sonographer who enjoys mentoring others while maintaining clinical skills in a collaborative and well-supported environment. Our client offers the chance to contribute to team capability, support sonographer development, and play an important part in service quality and clinical standards.


About the position:

This is a blended clinical and education role with a 70:30 split across training and scanning, making it well suited to a sonographer who wants to move into a more senior and developmental position while still remaining hands-on.

The caseload will include a strong mix of:

• Obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound
• General ultrasound
• Musculoskeletal ultrasound

In this role, you will support the training and upskilling of sonographers, provide guidance in scanning techniques and image quality, and contribute to a positive learning culture within the branch. Alongside this, you will maintain a clinical workload and be recognised for both scanning quantity and quality through an additional bonus structure.


Key Requirements:

• Qualified Sonographer with relevant accreditation
• Strong experience across Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General and MSK
• Previous mentoring, tutoring or team support experience highly regarded
• ASAR Registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for training, development and clinical excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively within a busy imaging environment
• International candidates welcome, with sponsorship available for suitable applicants (Onshore only and must have ASAR registration)
