An excellent locum opportunity is available for an experienced
MRI Radiographer to join a major public hospital and health network in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.
You will work within a modern, well-resourced medical imaging department delivering a broad range of MRI examinations across a busy metropolitan catchment. The department is well supported, properly staffed and equipped, allowing you to step into the role with confidence from day one.
This is a defined
four to five week locum placement from
28 September to 30 October 2026, ideal for an experienced MRI Radiographer looking for short-term flexibility and exposure to a varied public hospital caseload.
About The Role: You will perform a broad range of MRI examinations, including:
- General MRI
- Neurological imaging
- Musculoskeletal imaging
- Body imaging
- Varied specialist MRI examinations
You will be working in a high-volume public hospital environment alongside an experienced multidisciplinary imaging team.
Ideally You will have: - Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration under the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia as a Diagnostic Radiographer
- Demonstrated MRI experience in a clinical setting
- Confidence managing a varied general and specialist MRI caseload
- Current National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Full working rights in Australia
