About the position:

As a Senior Wills & Estates Lawyer, you’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, communication, and compassion—both in legal practice and workplace culture. Based in either Brisbane or Toowoomba, you’ll work closely with experienced peers in a relaxed yet professional environment.
You’ll manage a mix of:

• Estate planning for a wide client base
• Complex wills, trusts, and succession matters
• Probate and estate administration
• Contested wills and family provision applications

You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to the firm’s inclusive culture, and enjoy a flexible working arrangement tailored to your lifestyle.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of PAE in Wills & Estates (private practice only)
• Confident managing files autonomously and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
• Interest in mentoring or supporting junior lawyers
