Job Description

This is an opportunity for a motivated Senior Associate to work closely with recognised leaders in the property space, engaging in complex development, leasing and capital transactions for top-tier clients.

Salary and Features of the Position
  • Senior Associate Role: $170,000 – $200,000 + super (dependent on experience)

About the Position

This opportunity sits within a top-tier property team known for advising on high-value, complex commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing acquisitions, developments, leasing, and capital transactions on a national scale.
  • Advise on commercial acquisitions and disposals across various asset classes
  • Draft and negotiate leasing, development and project agreements
  • Engage in large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments
  • Assist institutional and corporate clients in property investment strategy
  • Handle full transactional process including PEXA and settlement coordination
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial property law
  • Strong experience in acquisitions, development projects and leasing
  • Exposure to property finance, project delivery and government land deals
  • Transactional confidence and client-facing experience
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across practice groups
