About the position:

This role sits within a nationally recognised disputes and investigations team trusted to manage Australia’s most high-profile and sensitive matters. The successful candidate will work on:

• Complex commercial disputes involving listed companies, government, and major institutions
• Regulatory investigations and inquiries, including matters before ASIC, ACCC and other key regulators
• Class actions and “bet-the-company” litigation
• Royal Commissions and high-level inquiries
• Technology-related disputes and matters involving emerging legal issues

You will engage with sophisticated clients, advise on legal strategy, and appear in superior courts and tribunals. The team fosters a collaborative and high-performing environment, with mentoring and support from industry-leading litigators.

Key Requirements:

• 4–8 years PAE in commercial litigation or disputes
• Experience with large-scale litigation, regulatory investigations, or class actions
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• A strategic mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for resolving complex legal issues with commercial outcomes
