What You’ll Be Doing
Join a collegiate disputes practice working closely with senior lawyers on varied and sensitive litigation.
- Draft pleadings and manage liability and indemnity advice
- Assist on coronial inquests, inquiries, and institutional defence
- Advise public and private clients on complex risk issues
- Lead client updates, strategy sessions and file reviews
What You’ll Bring - Qualified lawyer with minimum 3 years PQE in Insurance, Personal Injury or Government litigation
- Strong drafting, advocacy and analytical skills
- Ability to manage files independently with appropriate oversight
- Client-first mindset with high ethical and professional standards
