About the Firm: Our client is an established leading law firm specialised in Personal Injury in Ballarat looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer that is driven to provide the highest standard of service for clients under their care. The successful candidate will attend to several files and work collaboratively with their team to ensure their clients receive the best legal representation.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 Years PQE practising as a Personal Injury Lawyer
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Drive & enthusiasm for excellent client service and outcomes.
Reliable under pressure - efficient at managing many files from start to finish.
Proficient legal research skills
Able to interpret legislation and provide advice on complex and novel legal issues
Able to work autonomously
Your Responsibilities:
Directly liaising with clients and stakeholders
Drafting & Preparing court documents
Managing a high number of matters with minimal supervision
Attend court, settlements and dispute resolutions\
Management and maintenance of files
