Known for their top-tier insurance practice and consistent industry recognition, they offer an opportunity for a Commercial Insurance Lawyer  to join their high-performing Commercial Insurance (CTP) team in Sydney.

About the position

This role will see you manage a portfolio of CTP matters while receiving support to refine your technical and client-facing skills. The team handles major and catastrophic injuries, complex liability disputes, strategic claims advice and systems development for insurers.
You’ll be involved in:

• Managing and defending CTP and personal injury claims for major insurers
• Navigating high-volume files with precision and commercial insight
• Supporting senior practitioners on intricate legal disputes
• Engaging in ongoing learning and internal mentoring
• Contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Key requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ PAE in insurance litigation or personal injury (CTP experience highly regarded)
• Exposure to defendant, plaintiff, or in-house work welcome
• Strong file management and organisational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to develop and grow in a high-performance, inclusive environment
