About the Role:
This Senior Associate (5-8 years PQE) role is an opportunity to take the lead on major employment law matters while mentoring junior lawyers. You'll work on a diverse range of cases, including workplace disputes, discrimination claims, and industrial relations matters, advising top-tier clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing high-stakes employment law disputes & advisory work.
  • Advocating for clients in complex litigation & Fair Work Commission matters.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to executives & HR professionals.
  • Mentoring junior lawyers & contributing to business development.
About You:
  • 5-8 years PQE in employment law.
  • Leadership experience beneficial.
  • Strong technical expertise in litigation & industrial relations.
  • A history of stability and career progression in respected firms.
