Salary and Features of the Position

• Senior Associate Role: $170,000 – $200,000 + super (depending on experience)
• Flexible 3:2 hybrid model with generous leave policies (including purchased and reward leave)

About the Position

This role sits in a high-performing team focused on structured finance work across key sectors. The team is known for being both technically elite and people-driven, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, workflow balance, and commercial outcomes.

• Advise on corporate, health, real estate and project finance transactions
• Manage full transaction lifecycle including documentation, structuring, and client management
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development and cohesion
• Build direct relationships with institutional and private credit clients
• Be supported to grow your own client base in a non-ringfenced model

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years PAE in Banking & Finance
• Strong drafting and technical skills, with end-to-end transaction experience
• Commercial approach to problem-solving and client outcomes
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Enjoy mentoring and contributing to a positive, growing team
