About the role

You’ll advise clients across divorce, separation, parenting matters, property settlements, spousal maintenance and complex family law matters, with responsibility from first instruction through to resolution.

• Run your own caseload independently
• Advise clients directly on strategy
• Appear at mediations, conferences and court where required
• Work closely with an experienced family law team
• Mentor junior solicitors within the office

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years PAE in family law
• Confidence managing files from start to finish
• A practical and client-focused approach
• Strong communication and judgement
• Experience across parenting, property and complex family law matters
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support junior lawyers
