About the Position:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 4–6 years PAE to join our client’s growing Brisbane team. Working closely with a well-regarded Partner, you'll gain hands-on experience in complex commercial transactions, regulatory matters and cross-border deals.
You’ll work across sectors such as:

• Renewable energy and infrastructure (including ARENA-funded projects)
• Defence, manufacturing, and new technology
• Foreign investment (FIRB) and market access
• Corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Business structuring, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• ASX, ASIC and AEMO matters

This is a varied role with national reach. You'll collaborate with lawyers in Sydney and Melbourne, benefit from direct client contact, and be actively supported to deepen your skills in specialist sectors.

Key Requirements:

• 4–6 years PAE in corporate and commercial law(private practice preferred)
• Solid grounding in regulatory and transactional matters
• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and cross-border work
• Excellent drafting, advisory and communication skills
• Ability to manage files independently and contribute to a wider team
• Enthusiastic about mentoring junior team members and growing professionally
