This role is ideal for a lawyer looking to build their career in high-profile M&A, IPO, and ECM transactions, working closely with senior practitioners and partners on major deals across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Position: As a Corporate Associate, you’ll work across a wide range of matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions (private and public)
• IPOs and capital markets transactions (ECM)
• Strategic commercial advice to high-value clients
• Cross-border matters including deals across Australia and PNG
• Drafting transaction documents, structuring advice, due diligence and negotiations
• Collaboration with a national and international team of senior lawyers and partners

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years PAE in corporate law
• Experience across M&A, IPOs, ECM and/or regulated transactions
• Strong drafting, analytical and client service skills
• A collaborative and commercially minded approach
• Interest in contributing to a high-performing team culture
