Job Description

The Firm & The Role:

A mid-tier Australian firm that is known for low staff turnover and for implementing real career progression with the firm with a large number of recent promotions. The firm has multiple offices in major capital cities across Australia and substantial resources to protect your long-term job security and continued professional development.

Work closely with leading Partners in a front-end transactional construction work. The ideal applicant will have not only an excellent business acumen but also accurate drafting skills and also strengths in negotiation.  The work will constitute the completion and delivery of construction works and services for national ASX listed developers and REIT clients with significant commercial, retail and industrial property portfolios.
 
Essential Requirements:
  • 4+ years PQE accrued exclusively in Construction and Projects in a reputable firm with a similar client profile
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: strong plain English communication skills (written and verbal) and experience working in teams and autonomously
  • Strong front-end skills in Construction and Projects matters
