Our client is a leading national firm with a projects and construction team that acts for industry-leading developer clients. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Projects Associate with 2 to 4 years' PAE to join the Sydney team.

About the role
  
You will support a senior Partner and experienced lawyers on the contracts that set major projects up. You will:

• Draft and negotiate construction agreements and related project documents
• Assist with procurement processes and project delivery advice
• Review and advise on contract terms and risk allocation
• Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds

What you'll bring

• 2 to 4 years' PAE, ideally with construction, projects or property experience
• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
• Strong drafting and attention to detail
• A collaborative approach and a client-focused mindset
