Our client is a national firm whose construction team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major consultants on significant construction and development projects. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Construction Lawyer with 4 to 7 years' PAE to join the Sydney team.

About the role
  
You will advise on construction, infrastructure and development projects from the early stages through to delivery. You will:

• Draft and negotiate construction, procurement and development agreements
• Advise on project delivery, risk allocation and contract administration
• Support principals, developers and government clients on significant projects
• Work directly with the construction partner and guide junior lawyers

What you'll bring

• 4 to 7 years' PAE with construction or projects experience
• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial judgement and a collaborative approach
