Job Description
The Opportunity:
The Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) is seeking experienced Registrars to provide locum coverage across its hospitals in general medicine, emergency, surgery, and other key specialties.
This is an ideal opportunity for registrars looking to work in high-functioning urban hospitals while enjoying the flexibility of shift-based locum work. You’ll be part of respected teams that prioritise patient care, clinical education, and safe staffing levels.
Clinical Environment:
Tertiary and acute hospitals including Royal North Shore and Hornsby
Consultant and senior registrar support across shifts
Opportunities in general medical, acute care and surgical units
Structured rosters and handovers within a well-resourced system
Eligibility Criteria:
AHPRA Registration
PGY4+ with relevant experience in specialty area
NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
ALS2 or equivalent preferred for ED/after-hours roles
