Job Description

Work across paediatrics and aged care with the support of five other Speech Pathologists, an experienced Clinical Supervisor, and a dedicated admin team.

With a consistent caseload, flexible working options, and a gradual, well-supported ramp-up, this role is designed to help you build confidence and capability in more complex presentations.
  • Salary from $80,600 - $109,500 + Super + Salary Packaging
  • Complex Paediatric and Aged Care caseload | Community-based role with clinic hubs for support and collaboration
  • Flexible start and finish times | Work-from-home options for admin
They currently have capacity around the Northern Brisbane area from North Lakes down to Windsor - with a clinic Hub near Kedron or Dakabin.

  • Stable, evolving caseload: Work across a current split of 80% paediatrics and 20% aged care, with aged care referrals set to increase in the coming months.

  • Flexible Calendar: Work with the admin team to shape a schedule that suits you. 
  • Supportive Workload: Industry-low KPI of 4.1 billable hours per day.
  • Internal PD Sessions:
  • Professional Support: Tailored clinical supervision (weekly, fortnightly or monthyl), structured 2-4 week onboarding, and opportunities to mentor or contribute to service development.
  • Collaborative Team: Be part of a multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, and Physiotherapists.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
