Job Description

About our client

Our client is a boutique, values-driven allied health service with EP and Physiotherapy roots, now offering a true multidisciplinary model across Perth. With a friendly team culture and mentoring from an experienced Team Leader (also a uni lecturer), you’ll step into structured onboarding, tailored supervision, and meaningful variety—clinic, school and home.
  • Salary: $80,000–$115,000 + tiered bonuses (Up to $4000 per quarter)
  • Caseload & work model: Mixed paeds/adults (ASD, ADHD, Down syndrome, genetic & general disability, aged care) across community & clinic, schools
  • Extra: Laptop & phone provided, WFH admin, flexible 3–4 days per week

About the Role
  • Location & coverage: South Perth corridor into Rockingham & Mandurah (service the area between) + Mandurah clinic 
  • Settings: Community (schools, homes) + clinic (Mandurah)
  • Presentations: Paediatrics (notably ASD/ADHD), general disability (incl. Down syndrome & genetic conditions) and aged care
  • Funding: Mix of NDIS (longer-term) and Medicare (EPC/5 sessions)
  • Scope: Speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, Swallowing and feeding challenges
  • Autonomy: Manage your diary with support—Team Leader + admin scheduling help
Support Available
  • Month 1: Structured induction—shadow EP/Physio/OT/SLP, joint visits, full team intro
  • Month 2: Gradual step-up to independent caseload with accessible supervision
  • Ongoing case consults, PD pathways, and mentoring from a Team Leader who lectures at a university

Key Details
  • Employment: 3–4 days per week (ideal); for the right person, location can be flexible

Requirements: 
  • Recognised Speech Pathology Qualification
  • SPA registration 
  • WWCC, NDIS CLEARANCE AND National Police Check
  • Drive and have a valid license
