This role is ideal for an early career or new graduate Speech Pathologist looking for structured supervision, a manageable caseload build, and flexibility in how they work. Based in the Ipswich area, the role can be shaped around your preference for clinic-based, mobile/community-based, or hybrid service delivery.

- Mixed Caseload: Work primarily with children and teens, with adult clients available if you are interested.
- Strong Clinical Support: Join a wider Speech Pathology team with access to experienced Senior clinicians, including practitioners with 16 and 20 years of experience.
- On-Site Peer Support: Work alongside 2 Speech Pathologists in person at Ipswich, giving you support from clinicians who understand the early career stage.
- Accessible Mentoring: Get real-time online support for clinical questions, mentoring, and guidance throughout the day.
- MDT Environment: Collaborate with a broader allied health team, including more than 10 Occupational Therapists and 8 skilled Speech Pathologists.
- New Graduate Support: Benefit from structured onboarding, work shadowing, weekly 1:1 supervision, and a gradual caseload increase over 3-6 months.
- Professional Development: Receive a $2,000 overall PD allowance, including $1,000 for independent PD, $1,000 towards group PD and guest speakers, plus up to 2 days of PD leave.
- Internal Learning: Participate in fortnightly internal professional development to keep building your confidence.
- Full Admin Support: Admin support covers service agreements, consent, bookings, changes and cancellations, saving practitioners up to two hours per day.
- Achievable Productivity Expectations: Billable expectations sit at 25-26 hours, with a gradual increase and an optional bonus scheme if you choose to bill more.
- Modern Tools Provided: Laptop, phone, and the tools you need are provided.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
