  • Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Super
  • Predominantly Children & Teens Caseload, with Adult Clients Available if Interested
  • Ipswich-Based Role with Clinic, Community or Hybrid Options
This role is ideal for an early career or new graduate Speech Pathologist looking for structured supervision, a manageable caseload build, and flexibility in how they work. Based in the Ipswich area, the role can be shaped around your preference for clinic-based, mobile/community-based, or hybrid service delivery.

  • Professional Development: Receive a $2,000 overall PD allowance, including $1,000 for independent PD, $1,000 towards group PD and guest speakers, plus up to 2 days of PD leave.
  • Internal Learning: Participate in fortnightly internal professional development to keep building your confidence.
  • Full Admin Support: Admin support covers service agreements, consent, bookings, changes and cancellations, saving practitioners up to two hours per day.
  • Achievable Productivity Expectations: Billable expectations sit at 25-26 hours, with a gradual increase and an optional bonus scheme if you choose to bill more.
  • Modern Tools Provided: Laptop, phone, and the tools you need are provided.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
