Job Description

Our client is a leading multidisciplinary clinic in Gregory Hills, dedicated to providing exceptional allied health services to children and adolescents. With a strong team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners, they pride themselves on a collaborative and supportive environment where professionals can thrive.

The clinic is based in Gregory Hills with full-time, part-time and contracting options available. 

Why this role: 
  • Highly attractive salary packages starting from $85,000 - $120,000 + Super + Bonuses
  • Contractor rates between $110 - $135 per billable hour 
  • Multidisciplinary working with other Speech Pathologists as well as Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Supervision weekly or fortnightly based on your needs and with a Senior Speech Pathologist
  • Flexible hours/days, the company works with you to optimise your working week! 
  • PD allowance provided
  • Regular salary reviews to ensure you feel valued in your role
  • Very reasonable workload with bonus incentives for overachieving your targets
  • Support from a highly experienced Allied Health Manager 
What you will be doing:
  • Clients up to 18 years with a range of presentations including GDD, ASD, intellectual disabilities, ADHD and others 
  • Provide clinically appropriate assessment and intervention services
  • Deliver evidence-based and goal-directed services for the client to increase their reading, speech, language, swallowing or literacy
  • Assess and provide recommendations on mealtime management, swallowing, and other services as required
  • Deliver outcome-based therapy in alignment with their therapeutic goals
  • Clinic and community working with WFH options
Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle 
  • For contractor option, previous NDIS paediatric work experience required
