Looking for a meaningful, structured role where you can make a real impact in a school environment? This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established specialist school setting, working with a consistent caseload and strong multidisciplinary support.
Our client is a highly regarded allied health provider with long-standing school partnerships. This role offers stability, flexibility, and the chance to work closely with educators and support staff to deliver truly impactful therapy.
Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 + Super (pro rata)
Caseload: School-aged children
You will work alongside two other Speech Pathologists

About the Role:
Provide Speech Pathology services within a school in Campbelltown
Support children across a range of communication needs and developmental levels
Deliver assessments, therapy and progress reporting aligned with best practice
Work closely with educators to embed therapy into the classroom environment
Build long-term relationships with students through consistent weekly engagement
Support Available:
Access to a large MDT (40–50 clinicians) across OT, Speech and more
Strong supervision and manager support
Established systems, resources and referral pathways

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
