Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, is offering a flexible arrangement for a
Clinical Psychologist who wants strong earning potential, autonomy over their schedule, and a genuinely supportive team environment.
You’ll step into a service with a
steady flow of referrals and the backing of an experienced admin team, so you can focus on therapy, not chasing invoices or managing diaries.
What’s on Offer - 70/30 split with session fees from $280+ (take-home typically $190–$200+ per session)
- Flexible working arrangements: choose your preferred days and hours (including evenings/weekends if desired)
- Caseload confidence: join a clinic where they can accommodate your availability 1-5 days per week!

- Full admin support: reception, bookings, reminders and billing handled for you

The Role - Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to a varied client base (can be either children or adults, with scope to tailor to your interests)
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation aligned with Medicare requirements and practice standards
- Contribute to a respectful, multidisciplinary environment while maintaining autonomy in your day-to-day work
What We’re Looking For - AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience in private practice (or similar) is ideal, but not essential for the right clinician
- Confident working with adults; couples experience/interest is welcome
- Full Australian work rights
