• 60/40 fee split with minimum $150 per standard session and $165 after hours, ensuring strong private fee earning potential as you build a 100% couples caseload
• Established referral and marketing engine generating consistent couples+ enquiries, supporting 15 to 20 sessions per week across 3 to 4 days
• Flexible rostering with autonomy over your diary, promoting genuine work life balance and sustainable private practice

• Sub contractor model with full admin, reception, invoicing and diary management support, enabling you to run your own clinical micro practice with reduced overhead stress
• Boutique relationship therapy clinic established in 2023 with a growing reputation for inclusive couples+ work across diverse relationship structures
• Team of 6 clinicians including Psychologists, Counsellors and Social Workers, fostering a collaborative Allied Health environment
• Evidence based, integrative approach welcoming EFT, Gottman, IFS informed couples work, Schema, CBCT and attachment based therapies
• Halaxy practice management software, secure systems and well appointed therapy rooms with strong local community access
