Job Description

Our client is seeking a fully Registered or Clinical Psychologist with a minimum of three years’ clinical experience in chronic pain management or a related field to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to engage in an multidisciplinary environment, working alongside experts in physiotherapy, neurosurgery, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients managing chronic pain.
  • Evaluate and identify proper management strategies for common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-harm risks, substance abuse, and other detrimental behaviours.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Deliver services via a hybrid model of telehealth and in-person consultations at Melbourne locations in the south-eastern suburbs.
About You:
  • Full AHPRA registration.
  • A strong passion for delivering psychological care within an interdisciplinary framework.
  • Proficiency in assessing and managing a variety of mental health conditions, with a focus on chronic pain.
  • A minimum of three years’ clinical experience in chronic pain management or a related field.
