Job Description

Are you a Clinical Psychologist passionate about working with children and adolescents? This is your chance to join a leading Sydney clinic offering exceptional care in a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Our client is known for its bespoke, beautifully designed clinics across Sydney CBD, Inner West, North Sydney, West Sydney and the Sutherland Shire. You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team of 15+ Clinical Psychologists and an in-house psychiatrist, delivering transformative care to young clients in a non-clinical, welcoming space.

Key Benefits Include:
  • Generous Pay Structure: Earn on a 70/30 split with $50 bonuses for initial client sessions.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Choose your hours—minimum 2+ days per week.
  • Tailored Caseloads: Specialise in child and adolescent therapy, working with clients on a variety of issues, from anxiety to behavioural challenges.
  • Beautiful Clinics: Operate from calming, purpose-designed spaces to enhance the therapeutic experience.
  • Supportive Team Culture: Be part of a cohesive team that values collaboration, social connections, and professional respect.
  • Professional Growth: Access regular two-day seminars, cross-team meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of child psychology.
  • Full Admin Support: Let a dedicated team handle your bookings, billing, and cancellations, so you can focus on what matters most—your clients.
Whether you’re an experienced Clinical Psychologist or a Clinical Registrar with a focus on children and adolescents, this role offers autonomy, flexible hours, and a supportive community where you can thrive.

Your Duties Will Include:
  • Deliver therapy sessions and assessments tailored for children and adolescents.
  • Create and implement evidence-based, individualised treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Psychologists, psychiatrists, and other professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Work out of bespoke clinics across Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Inner West, or Sutherland Shire.
Requirements/Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
  • AHPRA registration as a Clinical or General Psychologist.
  • Essential experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Full Australian Work Rights.
