Job Description

Join a well established multidisciplinary Allied Health team in Orange, NSW, where collaboration, flexibility and meaningful clinical work come together. Our client is expanding its Psychology team and welcomes both General and Clinical Psychologists looking for full time or part time opportunities. Enjoy a varied caseload across the lifespan with strong referral demand and the opportunity to shape your clinical interests within a supportive environment.

What's on Offer
  • Salary up to $130,000 + super for Registered Psychologists and up to $140,000 + super for Clinical Psychologists, based on experience
  • Full time, part time or contractor options available with flexibility around school hours, shorter days or varied schedules
  • Established referral pathways across Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, SIRA, OOHC and third party organisations, providing a diverse and sustainable caseload
  • $1,500 annual professional development allowance plus 2 to 3 days paid professional development leave, with additional support available through discussion
  • Relocation package of $5,000 FTE pro rata, career progression into senior or team leadership positions, and comprehensive supervision for Psychologists
About the Practice
  • Join an experienced multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Psychiatry, Occupational Therapy, Educators, Allied Health Assistants, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Accredited Mental Health Social Work, with Behaviour Support services continuing to expand
  • Purpose built clinic featuring spacious consulting rooms, a sensory gym, conference and meeting rooms, modern facilities and more than 30 consulting rooms to support continued growth
  • Diverse intervention focused caseload across children, adolescents and adults, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ASD and ADHD, delivered through clinic, school and community settings
  • Comprehensive administrative support, established systems and regular referrals allow you to focus on quality client care
  • Strong culture of learning through weekly and fortnightly supervision, the Core Connect education program and opportunities to support or complete Clinical Psychology Registrar requirements

Requirements
  • General or Clinical Psychologist with current AHPRA registration
