The practise - Family-centred, evidence-based, play-based interventions that design therapy around each child’s strengths and interests for engaging sessions.
- Early and school-age intervention for children targeting self-care, fine and gross motor skills, sensory and emotional regulation, attention, routines and social skills.
- Key assessments include an online Benefit-of-OT Quiz for initial screening, early childhood screening in clinic or whole-class school visits, and comprehensive initial assessments with individualised therapy plans.
- A hybrid delivery model combining clinic-based sessions with home and school visits supported by robust administrative systems and access to therapy equipment and resources.
- Multidisciplinary team and flat structure promoting respect, autonomy and collaboration with monthly team-building events and a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing.

Requirements - AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
