Job Description

Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a small private practice near South Guildford, WA, with a hybrid delivery model encompassing clinic, home and school visits. Clinicians enjoy flexible hours and autonomy within a flat structure that values respect and collaboration, supported by comprehensive administrative assistance.

The practise 
  • Family-centred, evidence-based, play-based interventions that design therapy around each child’s strengths and interests for engaging sessions.
  • Early and school-age intervention for children targeting self-care, fine and gross motor skills, sensory and emotional regulation, attention, routines and social skills.
  • Key assessments include an online Benefit-of-OT Quiz for initial screening, early childhood screening in clinic or whole-class school visits, and comprehensive initial assessments with individualised therapy plans.
  • A hybrid delivery model combining clinic-based sessions with home and school visits supported by robust administrative systems and access to therapy equipment and resources.
  • Multidisciplinary team and flat structure promoting respect, autonomy and collaboration with monthly team-building events and a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing.

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist 
  • Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening clearance and a valid driver’s licence
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy recognised in Australia.
