Located south of Brisbane, this organisation offers extensive support with a $2000 external training allowance and 4 days of professional development leave so that you can upskill in the areas that interest you. Work alongside two very qualified occupational therapists that can support you with questions about your case load and provide mentoring so you feel confident in your role!

How you will be supported

• Upskill the the area of occupational therapy that interest you with a generous $2000 external development allowance (pro-rata)
• 4 days paid professional development leave so you don't have to worry about using annual leave while you train
• Work alongside two very knowledgeable occupational therapists with collectively 18 years experience
• Onboarding program with a gradual increase of caseload over 3 months
• Professional development plan created in collaboration with the practice manager to ensure your career growth is tracked and supported

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
