Job Description

This National Allied Health Provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to manage their Melbourne team. The company is full of amazing therapists who are connected by their commitment to providing high-quality therapy to members of the community. 

This position would suit either an existing Team Leader or a Senior Occupational Therapist looking to progress to the next stage of their career. We love this company as they focus on three things: job satisfaction, engagement and quality service delivery. 

Applicants can be based anywhere in Melbourne, full-time preferred, part-time considered. You can have experience working with adults or children (or both!) as tailored caseloads are available.

What you will be doing:
  • Providing clinical supervision and support to your team members 
  • Collaborate with the State Manager to continue developing Occupational Therapy services in Melbourne
  • Manage a reduced clinical caseload of NDIS and Medicare clients 
  • Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to members of the community

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
