Our client is a dynamic and progressive therapy provider committed to offering exceptional care to NDIS clients across the lifespan. Based near Cranbrook, Townsville, they combine state-of-the-art facilities with a focus on collaboration and professional growth.
About the Position:
This is a hybrid role that offers Occupational Therapists the flexibility to work across the clinic, community, and from home. You’ll manage a mixed caseload, primarily NDIS (98%), tailored to your interest area including neurological, physical, and psychosocial needs.
- Access State-of-the-art clinic spaces (multiple specialised rooms including a low sensory room, paediatrics zone, and independent living simulation space)
- Flexible caseload tailored to your expertise and interests, including optional outreach work.
- Work vehicle provided for community visits.
- Uncapped professional development allowance and dedicated individual learning time each month
On Offer:
- Salaries from $85,000–$105,000 + Super, negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
