Job Description

This NDIS Provider offers personalised therapy services for children and families across Melbourne. Their dedicated team of therapists, including physiotherapists, a speech pathologist, and an occupational therapist, work with children aged 0-18 in various locations provide tailored assessments and goal-setting to empower children to maximize their potential.

Through their family-centered approach emphasizes enhancing gross motor, fine motor, and communication skills, aiming to increase children's quality of life, participation, independence, and confidence. With a focus also on improving strength, balance, coordination, and school readiness for their clients.

Sub-contractor or permanent role minimum 3 days per week.

Your day to day:
  • Paediatric NDIS caseload working as a mobile clinician from clients homes and schools
  • Provide supervision to early career clinicians for which your KPI's would be reduced
  • Clients will be based completely around Melbourne's northern suburbs to minimise your travel time
  • Services will include daily living skills, skill development, school readiness and equipment prescriptions/AT 
  • New clinic space opening in Preston within the next 6 months

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
