What You'll Do: - Conduct Home Modifications Assessments and Environmental Risk Assessments across various environments such as family homes, group homes, schools, and more.
- Deliver functional skills assessments and ongoing therapy to help clients build essential skills and improve their quality of life.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with your clients by providing continuous care and support.
