  • Reduced Billable Hours: Only 4.5 billable hours per day, giving you more time to focus on delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Ready for the next step? There’s potential to mentor new graduates and grow into a leadership role if that’s your career path.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Location: Primarily based in Jandakot, with flexibility to work across Perth.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to offer holistic care.
  • Client-Centered Approach: Assist clients and their families in setting and achieving meaningful goals to promote independence at home, school, and in the community.
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments, from home modifications to sensory evaluations, functional capacity assessments, and equipment prescriptions for NDIS participants.
Support and Benefits You’ll Love:
  • Competitive Salary: Base salary ranging from $90,000 - $110,000 + super, with additional benefits to match your experience and expertise.
  • Professional Development: Enjoy a $1,500 annual allowance for external professional development courses to enhance your skills.
  • Admin Support: A dedicated admin team to manage scheduling and documentation, allowing you to focus on your clients.
  • Company Car: Provided for community visits, making travel seamless and efficient.
Join and Make a Real Impact! This is an exciting chance to join a team that is changing lives and fostering independence for clients across Perth.
