Your Duties: - Conduct FBAs with children, families, educators and other stakeholders.
- Write clear reports in line with NDIS and internal frameworks.
- Monitor and review interventions regularly, making adjustments as required.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders involved in client care.
Requirements:
- Registration with the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient, Advanced or Specialist).
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check (current and valid)
- Drivers license and access to own vehicle.
