Job Description

Are you a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner who thrives in child-centred, trauma-informed environments? Our client believes every child deserves safety, connection, and a voice. Our client is a registered charity and NDIS provider offering wraparound support to children, young people, and families impacted by trauma, disability, and adversity. They deliver therapy, education, family work, and behaviour support through a compassionate and evidence-based lens.

Role Highlights
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with children and their families.
  • Design and implement meaningful PBSPs that are neuro-affirming, reflecting the whole child not just their behaviours.

Your Duties:
  • Conduct FBAs with children, families, educators and other stakeholders.
  • Write clear reports in line with NDIS and internal frameworks.
  • Monitor and review interventions regularly, making adjustments as required.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders involved in client care.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient, Advanced or Specialist).
  • WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check (current and valid)
  • Drivers license and access to own vehicle.
