Job Description

Are you a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to bring your expertise and help shape an evolving, person-centred BSP service? This unique opportunity allows you to step into a semi-autonomous, leadership-capable role within a growing multidisciplinary team. The provider has built its reputation on compassionate, values-based care primarily supporting children and young people, and is now ready to expand into broader emotional wellbeing support across all ages.
  • Base salary starting from $110K+, negotiable based on experience
  • Flexible location: work from Sydney metro, South Sydney or the Wollongong area
  • Full-Time role across 4 or 5 days with flexible billable hours/day

Your Duties will Include:
  • Deliver high-quality behavioural support across the lifespan, with a focus on children and adolescents, or within an area of your expertise
  • Conduct assessments, develop behaviour support plans, with achievable billable hours
  • Collaborate closely with a passionate and trauma-informed team, while enjoying the autonomy that comes with your level of experience
  • Work across Sydney or Wollongong regions based on your preference
Requirements/ Skills:
  • 2+ years experience in behaviour support positions
  • Bring experience within your own area of specialty, such as with youth, neurodivergent or older adult participants
  • A NDIS Worker Screening Check/ NDIS suitability as a Proficient or Advanced BSP
  • Full Australian Work Rights
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A valid First Aid Certificate
  • A driver’s license and reliable vehicle
