Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to bring your expertise and help shape an evolving, person-centred BSP service? This unique opportunity allows you to step into a
semi-autonomous, leadership-capable role within a growing multidisciplinary team. The provider has built its reputation on
compassionate, values-based care primarily supporting children and young people, and is now ready to expand into broader emotional wellbeing support
across all ages.
- Base salary starting from $110K+, negotiable based on experience
- Flexible location: work from Sydney metro, South Sydney or the Wollongong area
- Full-Time role across 4 or 5 days with flexible billable hours/day

Your Duties will Include: - Deliver high-quality behavioural support across the lifespan, with a focus on children and adolescents, or within an area of your expertise
- Conduct assessments, develop behaviour support plans, with achievable billable hours
- Collaborate closely with a passionate and trauma-informed team, while enjoying the autonomy that comes with your level of experience
- Work across Sydney or Wollongong regions based on your preference
Requirements/ Skills: - 2+ years experience in behaviour support positions
- Bring experience within your own area of specialty, such as with youth, neurodivergent or older adult participants
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check/ NDIS suitability as a Proficient or Advanced BSP
- Full Australian Work Rights
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A valid First Aid Certificate
- A driver’s license and reliable vehicle
