Join a company that has been established for over 20 years in the Newcastle region. They have a supportive and close-knit team of over 10 Occupational Therapists. 

Due to their continued success, they are looking for a Team Lead Paediatric Occupational Therapist to manage a small team. This is a rare opportunity to join a company who provides exceptional therapy to their clients and creates a rewarding and fun working environment.

Full-time or part-time considered permanent position. 

The Role

  • Clinical supervision of paediatric OT team
  • Manage a small team of Paediatric Occupational Therapists
  • Caseload of 0-18 
  • Varied caseload of developmental delay and/or disability

On offer:

  • Remuneration between $100,000 – $115,000 p.a + super
  • Option to work longer hours and ONLY work a couple of hours on a Friday (or any other day of your choosing)

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
