This organisation is well-established in the community. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist in their Leederville clinic. The role involves supervising a small team of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants in the ongoing development of this unique model.

The Role 

  • Clinic-based role with the option to work from home 
  • Ages 0-18
  • Assess and treat a wide range of disabilities within the NDIS
  • Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Assessments and Interventions
  • Services include fine and gross motor skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing, coordination, handwriting and much more!
  • Supervision and mentoring of 3 Occupational Therapists
  • Run the everyday duties of the clinic 

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapist  
  • Full AHPRA registration 
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check 
  • National Police Check 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to innovate and think laterally
  • Leadership skills in mentoring and guiding lesser experienced professionals 
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and continuous professional development
  • Experience in paediatrics
