- $135,000 – $160,000 plus super, subject to experience

The Firm
A Senior Associate-level Property Lawyer is required to join a Sydney CBD-based boutique firm that is growing aggressively.

You will be involved in complex real property transactions, primarily in a commercial context, from negotiating terms to settlement.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years PAE in Property Law
- Broad experience across Real Property matters: drafting easements, subdivision applications, strata schemes, stratums, vendor finance, commercial property leasing, etc
- Strong drafting skills
