Job Description

  • Remuneration between $25.00 ~ 30.00 per hour
  • Located right in the Sydney CBD in a busy Pharmacy environment
  • Permanent full-time benefits immediately + incentives

 

A lovely community in the Sydney CBD is recruiting an experienced Retail Coordinator to join with their team. This is a challenging and rewarding position that supports the entire team in its endeavor to provide outstanding customer service and advice to all our customers. This role is primarily focused on the retail business, customer service, sales, and management.   
 

The successful candidate should possess the following:   

  • A proven and natural leadership qualities
  • S2, S3 medicine training
  • Prior experience managing and developing people
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • An understanding of the principles of stock management & experience with merchandising
  • Great organizational skills and strong time management
  • An energetic and positive and professional attitude 
  • Have excellent customer service
  • Ability to be able to train new staff

Requirements for the role:

  • Provide specialist service and products to customers
  • Assist customers with scheduled medicine sales
  • Maintain advanced product knowledge in-store categories
  • Ensure staff policies and procedures are communicated to all team members
  • Ensure staff policies and procedures are complied with
  • Ensure team members perform their roles and tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Manage team member absences and arrange shift coverage as necessary
  • Ensure information regarding new product lines is communicated to the team
  • Manage inter-staff problems in conjunction with the Pharmacy Manager
  • Ensure POS stock card data is accurate at all times – product, price, inventory
  • Ensure all invoices for goods received are processed on the day of delivery
  • Ensure all transactions are processed correctly
  • Attend training evenings arranged by the company as per policy
  • Complete online training modules as per KPI
  • Provide product and managed condition training to team members
  • Arrange supplier training in-store – one on one
  • Ensure team members are trained in membership administration procedures
