A Pharmacist is wanted to work in a lovely Community Pharmacy focused on delivering customer care and impeccable service to its loyal patients and the local community. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career, manage your team, and help to grow one of the branches on the beautiful Northern NSW East Coast.

You will be working with a team of people, with another branch nearby for constant support. You will take on the role of Pharmacist In Charge and keep your focus mainly on 6CPA and professional services. Team culture is extremely important here so the right candidate would have to have great communication and interpersonal skills. 

As much as building relationships with your team and managing the store is important, they are looking for someone with any level of experience in Pharmacy as there is a lot of responsibility as well as an equal amount of satisfaction to this role as well. Training and mentorship can be provided

Requirements for this role:

  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration 
  • A minimum of 3 years working as a registered Pharmacist
  • Fluent English skills / strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management qualities
  • The competency and effective ability to run and lead a team
  • Experience working as a sole Pharmacist
  • A passion for Pharmacy and growth 
  • Student mentality and the ability and desire to take on and handle the responsibility 
  • A minimum of 2 years commitment
