This highly reputable NDIS and Aged Care provider is looking for Occupational Therapists to join their team in the Central Coast. Roles are available in numerous locations including Tuggerah and Chittaway Bay. 

We love this company as they are passionate about helping their clients achieve more independence, better health and greater quality of life.

Both full-time and part-time options are available. 

The Role:

  • Community-based assessment and therapy
  • Role includes but is not limited to: ADL assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications and in-home therapy
  • Report writing 
  • Ages 18-100
  • DVA, NDIS and Private Aged Care clients
  • Working environments: community, office and from your own home!

The Benefits: 

  • Extensive induction period shadowing the team leader for 2 weeks
  • Above award pay rates, earn between $70,000 – $97,000 + super
  • Focus on quality care rather than a focus on billable hours
  • Training provided in areas where you need upskilling
  • Regular inservices and case reviews with the team
  • Weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision (depending on experience)
  • Generous travel allowance 
  • Reduced travel with maximum of 35-45 minutes from your home
  • Enjoy a varied caseload of NDIS and Aged Care clients

  • Full admin support with scheduling
  • Great working hours that are negotiable in order to achieve a great work-life balance

What you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Junior and Senior Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
