Full-time or part-time (4 days minimum), permanent position.

The Role

  • NDIS mixed ages caseload
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as other health professionals, NDIA related entities, family members, educational staff, and community members to provide individualised support plans
  • Community-based role with WFH options
  • Provide accurate, timely and high-quality assessments and reports
  • Provide goal-orientated assessments and therapy 

Requirements/Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Valid Blue Card
  • A valid Australian drivers licence and access to a car
  • Criminal history check
