Job Description

  • Work closely with other Allied Health Professionals- MDT environment
  • 4 Study Leave days per annum
  • Work From Home arrangements are available


This role is predominantly a community-based role with your caseload located within your geographical location, to minimise time spent on the road and to work closer to home. With offices located all over Perth, you also have the option to work from the closest office location.

What you will be doing  

  • Varied NDIS caseload – Children-Adults 
  • Predominantly Community bases role with flexible working arrangments- Office access and work from home options 
  • Evidence-based assessment and therapy
  • Home assessments and modifications
  • Training provided if needed

What you’ll be receiving  

  • Salary of $75,000 – $110,000 + Super- Earn well above award rate
  • Generous travel allowance and novated lease scheme is available
