The Role

  • In-home client visits
  • Environmental and functional assessments
  • Provide a variety of rehabilitation programs
  • Provide a range of home modifications
  • Equipment prescriptions
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to formulate need-specific care plans
  • Provide high-quality and accurate reports 


  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current drivers license 
  • Aged care experience desirable
  • NDIS experience highly regarded
