Full-time position is available in Melbourne. Caseload based around your home and multiple support offices!

What you will be doing:

  • Broad caseload; working with all age-groups under NDIS funding
  • Community-based role
  • Perform Assessments to provide equipment prescriptions
  • Home assessments and modifications
  • Liaise with other health professionals, family members, and educational staff to provide individualised care plans
  • Work with clients to achieve their mobility and development goals


  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Previous NDIS experience (desirable)
  • Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain one 
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
