Due to this provider’s ongoing growth and reputation, this organisation is in need of an Occupational Therapist to join their well-established team based in Central Perth. 

This organisation is an established home visiting practice in WA that specialises in adult and aged care rehabilitation, home modifications and equipment prescription. Join their supportive and collaborative work culture, where they understand the importance of continuous professional development and are committed to providing a quality service and the best possible outcomes for their clients.

This role will involve the administration of assessments, and interventions such as home modifications, equipment prescription and rehabilitation. Liaison with other health professionals, key stakeholders, support staff and families is another important aspect of the role.

Benefits   

  • Earn between $75,000- $95,000 p.a + Super  
  • Car allowance provided- 83c per Km
  • $1500 PD Allowance provided annually to all therapist

The Role 

  • Community-based role with options to work in facilities 
  • Adults and aged care caseload
