Job Description

Your Role

In this dynamic position, you’ll work with NDIS and private clients across the lifespan or focus on your preferred age group. You’ll address conditions such as developmental delays, behavioral challenges, fine and gross motor skill development, and sensory needs to help clients thrive at home, school, or in the community.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering evidence-based, neuroaffirming therapy to clients.
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members while taking on project work.
  • Balancing a reduced clinical caseload with leadership and mentoring duties.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
What You Need
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 4+ years postgraduate experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
